The controller monitors the water flow and pressure in the pipeline, and automatically starts or stops the pump according to the changes in your water supply system. It also has safety measures to prevent the pump from running dry, backflow or overheating.

Two TIPS that require special attention when used in a home pressure boosting application:

1. A water pressure regulator (bought separately) must be installed before the inlet of the pump if you use it to pressurize tap water (P≥21psi).
2. It is not recommended for houses which are taller than 50ft, otherwise the pump will not restart automatically.

The controller monitors the water flow and pressure in the pipeline, and automatically starts or stops the pump according to the changes in your water supply system. When the kitchen faucet is turned off, the controller will continuously monitor the water pressure for 6 seconds and then stop the pump, to prevent the pump from cycling in a short time. It will restart if the pressure drops below 1.5Bar/21psi and stop working after turning off the tap.

Real-time monitoring of water flow prevents the pump from running dry. It also has a built-in check valve and motor thermal protector.

The self-priming 0.6HP stainless steel shallow well pump with a 10ft cord has a max. flow rate of 700 gallons per hour and provides pressure up to max 58psi. It has a 1" Npt discharge & inlet with a swivel connector for quick and easy installation.

A pressure regulator is necessary if the source pressure exceeds 25 PSI.

Why do your 0.6HP pumps have the same performance as other 1.6HP pumps?

In most cases, the greater the power, the stronger the performance. However, some sellers deliberately exaggerate these parameters to obtain better competitiveness. As a professional seller, we prefer to show real data to our customers.

Why do your pumps have half the energy consumption of others, when both have a flow rate of 900GPH?

Our pumps' motors are more efficient. The 900GPH flow rate is as strong as the old-style 1.6HP pump. High efficiency not only brings low energy consumption, but also reduces heat generation to extend service life and reduce noise.

Can I install the pump by myself? Do I need a professional to maintain or repair it?

Installation and maintenance are very simple. We have already prepared the necessary accessories for your installation. The basic model has only one removable handle (in the accessory bag), and the mechanical switch and pressure gauge of the A model, as well as the automatic electronic switch of the B model, are also easy to install and remove. Apart from motor or impeller damage, other conventional damage can be resolved by replacing the parts yourself.

Why can't my pump pump any water? The flow is not steady?

For the first time, it is recommended to fill the pump head with water. Otherwise, it will affect the suction. If you have done this, please check if the bottom valve is leaking.

If the flow is very small, it may be caused by insufficient water supply. Please check the water level of your well and extend the water pipe if necessary.
